What made Apple so successful overseas? Why did Apple clientele have such strong brand loyalty? What was Apple Worldwide doing in countries around the world that we could learn from here in South Africa? These were the questions that prompted a visit to the USA by ZA Support’s founder. The purpose of the journey – to really get an understanding of what made Apple clients tick.

What was uncovered during the journey was truly fascinating.
